Order Policy
Orders are not binding upon Joshi Holistic Skincare until accepted. Joshi Holistic Skincare reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Rate
We offer a flat rate of £5.50 which covers all your orders postage and packing costs. Please allow between 5-7 days for the delivery of your order. Please wait until after the 7th working day to contact us if you have not yet recieved your order.

International Orders
Currently Joshi Holistic Skincare can only ship your order to addresses within the UK. For international orders, please see our distributors sites by clicking on the relevant flag.

Out of Stock Items
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, as we do not accept back orders your order will be shipped without and you will not be charged for that item.

Delivery
Upon receipt of payment, items will be shipped via Royal Mail to most locations. While Joshi Holistic Skincare will make every reasonable effort to ship your orders as soon as payment is received, Joshi Holistic Skincare is not responsible or liable for any delay in receiving or completing your order that is caused by an event beyond Joshi Holistic Skincare's reasonable control.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship via Royal Mail and Courier, therefore we need a physical address, and will require a signature on delivery.

Returns Policy
It is our intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 7 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products Due to Health Code Regulations, we will not honor opened/used products for any exchange or credit. Joshi products are not offered on a trial basis. Please purchases wisely. All returns must arrive in its original packaging and all postage and packing charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights. To return any items, please first contact Customer Service at info@joshiskincare.com

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.

Payment Policy
We accept payment from the following cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch/Maestro, Solo, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We take online security very seriously. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not send credit card numbers by standard email but use the secure facility provided on this website.

No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been placed. We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.

Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please send us a mail at info@joshiskincare.com within 24hours of placing your order.
